:Establishment of the bank

Based on the verse that separates halal and haraam (and Allaah forgives selling and forbids riba), and believing in the supreme message of Islam in the economy based on justice and participation, and with commercial, investment and financial banking efficiency, (4) of the Law of the Central Bank of Iraq No. (56) of 2004 and Article (4) of the Banking Law No. (94) of 2004 and Article (3) of the Bank Act Islamic Law No. (43) for the year 2015, according to the license number 9/3 / 9847 dated 20/6/2016.
