The transfer of debt from the order (the transferor) and the person the order to transfer to the person to whom this debt (beneficiary) and the conduct of bank transfers inside Iraq and abroad and according to the following:

• Real Time Grosse Settlement (RTGS): An electronic exchange system between banks through a secure and efficient network, controlled and managed by the Central Bank of Iraq.
• Check Automated Clearing House System (C-ACH): A system that enables participating banks and their branches to exchange clearing transactions automatically.
• SWIFT (The Society for World Inter-bank Financial Telecommunication) is a safe and secure way to send and receive money worldwide and through banks.
